SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Sulaimani Security Forces (Asayish) stated on Sunday that it arrested a car theft gang.
At least three suspects were arrested Asayish named them as a car theft gang, according to a statement.
The arrest of the gang came after Asayish received a report of a car which has been stolen from an Arab citizen the statement added.
Asayish’s investigations indicated that the gang used social media to deceive people and deal with car dealers.
“We are explaining for all sides, the suspects have been prosecuted,” and “Further investigations continue,” it said.
