SULAIMANI – (ESTA) Deputy Prime Minister of KRG has congratulated the Council of Persons with Disabilities of Kurdistan on the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
“On the occasion of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, I warmly congratulate you and all persons with disabilities” Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of KRG said.
He added, “You are brave and full of hope in this life, have made yourself a beloved and respected part of Kurdish society, on this anniversary, we reiterate that no obstacles will stand in the way of your will”.
Qubad Talabani confirmed that, “We genuinely believe that everyone has the same rights and obligations, so all we need to do is better understand you and provide you with more opportunities”.
At the end Talabani said, “We will do our best to support you to achieve your demands and goals”.
