Late on Thursday, Director of Mangeshke Mushtaq Ismat told Esta Media Network that Turkish fighter jets bombed a PKK vehicle near the village of Dilya in the sub-district at 10:05 p.m. on Thursday.

“The vehicle could be seen burning, but the civil defense teams couldn’t head to the area to extinguish the fire,” Ismat added.

Turkey regularly carries out air and ground attacks against the PKK in the Kurdistan Region. It says neither the Iraqi government nor the Kurdish government has taken measures to combat the group.
