Kurdistan Region records 325 coronavirus cases in 24 hours

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Kurdistan Region recorded 325 new cases of the coronavirus on Tuesday, the ministry of health said in a statement.

The health ministry said it had logged 162 cases in Erbil, 56 in Sulaimani, 90 in Duhok, two in Halabja, three in Garmian and 12 in Rapain in the past 24 hours.

The Region’s ministry of health said 171 more patients had recovered from COVID-19, while another patient died in Erbil.

The Region has registered a total of 111,181 cases of the coronavirus, of which 3,542 died and 104,773 recovered, according to the ministry.
