Kurdistan Region records 366 new COVID-19 cases in 24 hours

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Kurdistan Region registered 366 new cases of coronavirus over the past 24 hours, the health ministry said on Friday.

The Region’s health ministry recorded 170 cases in Erbil, 88 in Sulaimani, 93 in Duhok, 13 in Garmian and two in Raparin.

The ministry added that two patients had died from the virus in Erbil and Garmian, while 156 others had recovered.

The Kurdistan Region has registered 112,243 coronavirus cases, with 3,553 deaths and 105,189 recoveries, according to the ministry’s figures.
