The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) has announced that “the last day of campaigning will continue until 12:00 pm tomorrow in Kurdistan Region.”.
Also, said, “tomorrow is the deadline for receiving biometric cards and those who have not received the cards should receive them, because tomorrow after the end of official work, the cards will be returned to Baghdad.”.
