SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The Kirkuk provincial council has decided to hold a meeting to decide on the posts of governor and speaker of the provincial council.
The Kirkuk provincial council is scheduled to hold a meeting at 8:00 p.m. tonight in a hotel in Baghdad.
Several sources told Esta Media Network that “the posts of governor and speaker of the provincial council will be decided at tonight’s meeting.”.
The sources said that “the PDK faction and some Arabs have not yet decided to participate in the meeting.”.
The deadline for the formation of the Kirkuk local government expires tomorrow.
