SULAIMANI – (ESTA) “Campaigning will begin in early May” the IHEC spokeswoman said.
“According to our schedule, the campaign for the Kurdistan parliamentary elections will begin on May 10 and end on June 6” Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) spokeswoman Jumana Ghalai told Esta Media Network.
She added that “the final decision on the date of the election campaign belongs to the council of commissioners.”.
