SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The Federal Supreme Court has rejected a lawsuit filed by a member of the House of Representatives of Iraq regarding the remittance of 618 billion dinars.
The Federal Supreme Court today heard a lawsuit filed by Mustafa Salih Sanad, a member of the House of Representatives.
In the case, a member of the House of Representatives requested that the court rule on the illicit transfer of 2.1 trillion dinars to Kurdistan regional government employees’ pay during the last year.
As a result, the court dismissed the lawsuit, saying, “It lacked legal character”.
