Deputy Prime Minister of Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Qubad Talabani has condemned the attack on innocent civilians in Erbil last night. I extend my deepest condolences to the family of my friend Peshraw Dzey, who was martyred in last night’s attack.
“I call on all parties, government and political parties to unite and put an end to these violations of Iraqi sovereignty,” he said.
