KRG delegation is due to visit Baghdad, Minister says

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — A delegation from the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) is due to visit Baghdad on issues related to Kurdish farmers, Minister on Sunday said.

The delegation which is set to visit Baghdad is from the KRG Ministry of Agriculture, trying to address issues related to farmers in the Kurdistan Region, according to Agriculture Minister Begard Talabani.

The KRG delegation will participate in an ordinary meeting of the Ministerial Council of Iraq’s Economy, where they will hand a letter of dissatisfaction to the Council, she said.

Kurdish Agri-products have been prohibited to be flowed into the markets in the southern and central provinces of Iraq, according to the KRG Minister.
