Asayish arrests gang named ‘wolves’ in Sulaimani’s Chamchamal

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Security Forces Directorate (Asayish) on Wednesday announced that it had arrested an outlawed gang in the town of Chamchamal, Sulaimani province.

The gang labeled themselves “wolves” with each member tattooed a wolve on their chest, according to Asaysih.

At least five people in connection to the gang have been arrested by the Asaysih. They are charged with vandalizing public properties and governmental offices in the town.

Investigations are still underway.
