SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The head of Kurdistan’s Protection and Information/Information Agency, Jalal Sheikh Naji, on Thursday received a senior coalition delegation led by Colonel Javier Soria.
Views were exchanged in a meeting on the security situation and intelligence coordination between the Kurdistan Region forces, Iraqi forces, and the global coalition to defeat the Islamic State (ISIS), a press release said.
They also stressed enduring the support to overcome the security obstacles and encountering the threats, the press release added.
Meanwhile, in return, the head of the information agency extended words of gratitude to the advisory team of the global anti-ISIS coalition for being supportive and coordinating in succeeding the military process against the terrorists and the remnants of ISIS.
He also reiterated the enduring efforts to protect Kurdistan’s security.
