SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Kurdistan Region Finance Minister Awat Sheikh Janab on Wednesday met Sulaimani local office-holders and they addressed issues that grasped the city’s public service institutions.
Minister Janab met the Sulaimani Health Director, the Director of the City’s treasury, and the supervisor of the Parvez Khan Iraq-Iran international border crossing as well as the Head of the Sulaimani chamber of commerce and industry, a statement from the Minister’s office said.
The Minister has separately sat with Sulaimani’s Health Director during which they addressed the obstacles that faced the health sector.
Finance Minister has shown his support and coordination for the sake of resolving the issues and providing general services in the hospitals of the area, in a direction of serving the overall people, the statement said.
Apart from this, Minister Janab and the Head of the Sulaimani commerce and industry chamber met which was also attended by several prominent businessmen.
Janab’s meeting with the businessmen was joined by the General Director of the Region bank/Sulaimani as well.
The officials stressed that they will coordinate to provide further space for the businessmen and be a cause to resolve the issues and obstacles that became burdens for the people including businessmen and business owners.
