KRG offers facilitation for any youths seeking to establish their own business: Deputy PM

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) would offer facilitation for any youths in the Kurdistan Region that has ideas and projects and seeking to establish their own business, the deputy of the Prime Minister on Tuesday said.   

Deputy of the Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Qubad Talabani met a delegation from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Erbil.

The meeting attended by U.S. Consul General Irvin Hicks Jr, Talabani extended his appreciation to the USAID for the aid it offered the Kurdistan Region in the reform process, Deputy’s office in a statement said.

Deputy of the Prime Minister Talabani also asked for continuity of support in particular demanding it for youths who have ideas and wants to establish their own business.

“The KRG has paved the way for youths to get their own business by reducing routines and implementing the reforms,” Talabani told the delegation and adding “We support them with our all capabilities and trying to find markets for them.”

The Delegation of the USAID expressed their support in return, and stressed improving the joint works between the KRG and the agency, according to the statement.
