Turkish warplanes bomb targets in Amedi northeast of Duhok – reporter

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Turkish warplanes bombed areas in Amedi district in northeast of Duhok on Friday, Esta Media Network reporter said.

Esta’s reporter said Turkish fighter jets carried out airstrikes against targets in the district on Friday night.

“They are continuing to strike the areas,” he added.

Casualties and damages remained unclear, according to the reporter.

Turkey regularly launches airstrikes into the Kurdistan Region and has sent commandos to support its offensives.
