SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The swearing-in ceremony of the elected members of the Kirkuk provincial council will be held tomorrow.
Parwin Fatih, an elected member of the Kirkuk provincial council, told the Esta media network that, “unlike the previous time a judge entered the council, tomorrow the elected members of the Kirkuk provincial council will go to court and take the oath.”.
“The governor has not yet called for a meeting, but two electronic groups have been created for elected members, through which notices will be sent to them.”.
She added that “the governor must call a council meeting within 15 days of approving the names, but if he does not, the meeting will be held on the 16.”.
