SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Sulaimani Directorate of Security Forces (Asayish) warned citizens who possess fly cameras on Tuesday.
Asayish in a statement said that any citizens who own fly cameras or drone cameras must register immediately and apply for permits so that they can use them legally, otherwise they would face punishment.
“All of the fly cameras owners must visit the Directorate, and register to obtain a permit for them, otherwise they will face legal punishment, and the object will be confiscated,” it said in a statement.
The statement also said that Asayish will provide instructions to the fly cameras users.
In the meantime, it advised local citizens to call Asayish’s hotline number (106), whenever they detected any fly cameras or unmanned aerial vehicles.
