SULAIMANI (ESTA) — General-Director of Asayish (security) in Sulaimani Hassan Nuri will be replaced by the director of Asayish in the province’s airport, a source said on Wednesday.
A source familiar with the matter told Esta Media Network that Hiwa Ahmed would be assigned to replace Hassan on Wednesday.
“Today, the position of general-director of Asayish would be changed,” the source said.
Hassan Nuri, known as Wasta Hassan, has been in the position for nearly 12 years. Esta Media Network has learned that Hassan will be retired.
