SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Kurdistan Region has decided to allow students studying abroad to return to participate in the election process.
According to a letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, “in order to facilitate and provide opportunities to participate in the Kurdistan parliamentary election, we will give two weeks leave to students studying abroad.”.
According to the letter, it will start on October 12 and end on October 25.
