SULAIMANI – (ESTA) Qubad Talabani, the Supervisor of the General Secretariat of President Mam Jalal, said, “Today’s strong PUK has given great enthusiasm and energy to various sections of the society to make their union a success and this enthusiasm cannot be compared to previous election.”.
Also, he said “Today, I met separately with the heads of teams in the health sector, universities, higher education and democratic organizations of the PUK election campaign in Raperin administration, everyone is trying to change the way of governance with courage and deep faith and a great victory is on the way under the leadership of President Bafel.”.
