SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The head of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation said that “the anniversary of the death of President Mam Jalal will be held in Kirkuk this year.”.
Dr. Mohammed Sabir, the head of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation told in a news conference that “the seventh anniversary of the death of President Mam Jalal has decided to hold a special ceremony.”.
Also, said, “We all know the importance of Kirkuk for the Kurds and for President Mam Jalal, so we decided to hold the ceremony in that province this year.”.
