SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The meeting of the Kirkuk provincial council was scheduled to be held today but was postponed at the request of the Iraqi prime minister.
According to the information received by the Esta media network, the preparations for the meeting of the Kirkuk provincial council were completed today but were postponed at the request of Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Sudani.
As stated in reports, the Iraqi Prime Minister wants more opportunities for the parties to reach an agreement.
The Kirkuk provincial council meeting is scheduled for early next week.
