SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) has distributed 447,927 voting cards to voters in the Kurdistan Region since the beginning of this year.
According to data released by the IHEC, “818,997 biometric voting cards were completed from December 1 to July 25, of which 512,497 were distributed to voters.”.
According to the data, “447 thousand 927 biometric cards have been distributed to voters, 42 thousand 83 biometric cards have been distributed to voters and 22 thousand 487 biometric cards have been distributed to refugees.”.
