SULAIMANI – (ESTA) Kirkuk provincial council is scheduled to hold its first meeting tomorrow, which it will preside over by the oldest member of the council.
Esta Media Network correspondent announced that “Rakan Al-Jibouri, the acting governor of Kirkuk, arrived at the court this afternoon and was sworn in as an elected member of the provincial council.”.
Also, because Rakan Al-Jibouri is the oldest elected member, he will preside over the first meeting of the provincial council, which is scheduled to be held tomorrow.
Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Sudani called on members of the Kirkuk provincial council to hold a meeting on Thursday chaired by the oldest member.
He added that discussions have been held between the winning parties and they have agreed to form a coalition to manage Kirkuk، which includes all the winning forces.
