The Council of Ministers will discuss the general population census

SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Council of Ministers will hold its regular weekly meeting to discuss the issue of the general population census scheduled for the end of this year.

The KRG Council of Ministers will hold a regular weekly meeting on Wednesday to discuss the results of the visit of a high-level delegation from the Kurdistan Region and representatives of oil companies to Baghdad.

In the second part, the issue of opening two customs checkpoints in Diyala and Mosul provinces by the federal government will be discussed because it will affect the trade movement of the border gates of the Kurdistan Region.

The meeting is also scheduled to discuss the issue of the general population census scheduled for November 20-21, 2024 in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

In the final part of the meeting, the preparations of the Ministry of Education and the relevant parties for the general examinations of grade 12 throughout the Kurdistan Region.
