SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The registration of lists and coalitions for the Kurdistan parliamentary election was scheduled to be re-registered today but was postponed indefinitely.
Jumana Al-Ghalai، spokeswoman of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC)، has announced that، “According to the schedule of the commission، the registration of lists and coalitions for the Kurdistan parliamentary election was scheduled to start today، but because the presidency has not submitted any new date for the election، the registration is unknown and temporary will be delayed.”.
She added that “whenever the presidency sets a date for the election، a new date will be set for the registration of lists and coalitions by the council of commissioners.”.
