SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The President Jalal Talabani Foundation and Raperin University commemorate the 4/24 bombing of Qaladze.
A ceremony was held at the Martyrs Monument in Qaladze to mark the 50th anniversary of the bombing of the city and University Martyrs Day.
Later, within the framework of the activities of the bombing of Qaladze, Raperin University, in collaboration with the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, organized a symposium entitled (4/24 bombing and uprising of Qaladze) in the College of Education.
The symposium began with the screening of a documentary video on the bombing and uprising of Qaladze، which was prepared by the Media Directorate of Raperin University.
Afterwards, speeches by Dr. Payman Ramazan Ahmad, Rector of Raperin University and Mohammed Sabir, Director of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, as well as Hawraz Qadir Hama, Dean of Qaladze College of Education, read about the bombing of April 24, 1974 and the 1982 uprising in Qaladze.
Then the activities of the symposium began, in which several scientific topics were presented by researchers about the situation in Kurdistan at that time and the impact on the bombing and uprising of Qaladze.
At the end of the symposium, the participants were awarded the awards of the organizers of the symposium.
