SULAIMANI – (ESTA) Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), received Hamid Haji Ghali, a prominent leader of the PUK and Kurdistan.
In a friendly meeting, the PUK president praised the proud history of Hamid Haji Ghali as one of the Peshmergas and early commanders of the PUK and the new revolution who heroically defended the Kurdistan territory and were an important part of the success of the revolution.
Also, President Bafel warmly congratulated Hamid Haji Ghali on assuming the responsibility of head of the Office of Social Communities, which belongs to the Office of the PUK President.
“I am sure that you will succeed in this new task with your rich experience and skills and will be concerned about deepening the spirit of unity and coexistence,” he said.
