SULAIMANI (ESTA) — An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.7 struck the city of Kalar in the Kurdistan Region this morning, according to the Iraqi Meteorological and Seismological Agency.
Although some residents in the area felt the tremors, no damage was reported.
This comes after a 4.0 magnitude earthquake shook the Khanaqin district of Diyala province earlier on Tuesday south of Kalar.
