SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Kurdistan Region Security Service (Asayish) on Thursday announced the arrest of two on terror-related charges, according to a statement.
The suspects were arrested as a result of two separate operations carried out by Asayish on July 26 and 27, a statement released by the Asaysih read.
“The operations were launched after obtaining intelligence information from the Iraqi security forces,” the statement said.
Both suspects have been charged per Article 4 of terrorism laws and were handed to the judiciary.
