SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Sulaimani Security Forces (Asayish) on Tuesday announced it had arrested three suspects charged with murdering six people.
The suspects were Iraqi nationals. They attempted to flee to the Kurdistan Region with forged identities after murdering six people over social-related issues, according to Asayish.
The suspects were caught at the Bani Maqan checkpoint west of Sulaimani province earlier today. They are currently held in custody, and charged per Article 406 of the penal codes.
