SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) President Bafel Talabani expressed his sadness over the death of prominent Kurdish artist Hadi Mahmood on Sunday.
“Saddened to learn about the passing of well-known artist Hadi Mahmmod,” He said in a statement. “I extend my deepest condolences for that immense sorrow to his family, fellow, and Kurdistan artists.”
Hadi Mahmood who is known for his numerous role in Kurdish TV series and had a bubbly personality, passed away at the age of 53 in the city of Sulaimani after suffering from a heart attack.
