SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) President Bafel Talabani in Sulaimani on Monday welcomed diplomats and Ambassadors of 58 countries along with Iraqi president Latif Rashid.
Esta Media Network has learned after the reception by Talabani, the delegation and the Iraqi President paid a visit to late leader Mam Jalal’s tomb in Dabashan, laying a wreath.
Late Kurdish leader President Mam Jalal died on October 3, 2017, in Germany.
