Two Kurdish shepherds kidnapped by ISIS militants in Tuz Khurmatu – reporter

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Two Kurdish shepherds were abducted by Islamic State (ISIS) militants in Salahaddin province’s Tuz Khurmatu district on Sunday, Esta Media Network reporter said.

The fate of the abducted shepherds remained unclear, the reporter added

ISIS remnants continue to be a threat to civilians in the disputed areas claimed by both Baghdad and Erbil.

Despite operations against the group, the militants frequently carry out attacks against security forces and civilians in those areas.
