SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Karkh court in Baghdad rejected a complaint that was filed against the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), an informed source told PUK media outlets on Monday.
“Karkh court from June 12 had rejected Lahur Jangi Burhan’s agent complaint along with his lawyer,” the source said.
“We didn’t think it was good to publish any about it because of respect for administrative and legal procedures, but we will publish it to eradicate misleading and unjust noise,” it said.
The source also reiterated that “the rumors and noises which circuited during Eid al-Adha are baseless”.
