SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The spokesman of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) List 129, said that “the second election campaign carnival will be held in Halabja tomorrow and Bafel Jalal Talabani will be present.”.
Karwan Gaznay, the spokesman of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) List 129, said that “the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) will hold its second carnival tomorrow to campaign for the sixth session of the Kurdistan Parliament in Halabja province and President Bafel Jalal Talabani will deliver a speech to the PUK and citizens List 129 of the PUK in Halabja.”.
The carnival will be held at 5:00 pm in the indoor stadium of Halabja University.
