SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Kurdistan Region’s Counter-Terrorism Group said in a statement on Friday that it arrested a fugitive man in Sulaimani province’s Chamchamal district.
The man was charged with article 4 of terrorism in the Iraqi penal code, the statement said. He was arrested amid an operation in the district based on intelligence information, it added.
