SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Iraq’s total oil exports for October averaged 2.876 million barrels per day (bpd), the oil ministry said on Tuesday (September 1).

Iraqi Ministry of oil said in a statement that it had exported 89,153,899 barrels of oil last month, adding that total exports generated more than $3.43 billion of revenue.

The oil price per barrel averaged $38.48, according to the ministry.

Iraq exported 86 million barrels from its southern and central oilfields and 2,867,637 barrels from Kirkuk, the ministry of oil said.

As many as 263,058 barrels were exported to Jordan last month, it added.

Iraq which relies almost entirely on oil for state revenue has been hit hard by low oil prices during the coronavirus crisis and has cut exports in line with OPEC+ production cuts.
