SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The sound of explosions was heard near a village on Erbil-Pirmam road early on Saturday, Esta Media Network reporter said.
Esta’s reporter said the sound of several explosions was heard near Bragh village located on the road between Erbil and Pirmam.
The reporter cited a villager as saying that the explosions were heard between 2:30 and 03:00 a.m. on Saturday.
The new building of U.S. Consulate General which has yet to be completed is located near the village.
There is still no official statement from authorities.
