SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The Iraqi population census began today for the first time since 1997
A curfew has been imposed in Iraq since 12:00 pm last night, and the census teams began searching at 7:00 am this morning in order to count individual Iraqi citizens.
This is the first census to be conducted in Iraq since 1997.
The process will last until 12:00 pm on Thursday, after which the counting will be stopped.
