SULAIMANI – (ESTA) The fourth campaign of the PUK’s List 129 for the sixth session of the Kurdistan Parliament was held in Garmian, Kalar. Bafel Jalal Talabani, the president of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), said, “We will work for all Kurds and Kurdistan in all four parts.”.
During his speech, Bafel Jalal Talabani announced that “I apologize to you, when the PUK was full of problems; we forgot you, but you Garmians did not forget us; you were the backbone that kept us from being torn to pieces.”.
Some of the PUK president’s speech at the campaign:
-We will put the PDK on its knees; we were defeated by them for two and a half years.
-I apologize to you when the PUK was full of problems; we forgot you، but you Garmians did not forget us.

-I apologize; we will overthrow this authoritarian regime.
-Young people and women have been forced to leave this beautiful Garmian. I apologize.
-When we put an end to the stinkers، we will not do politics like them. We will see Kurdistan with one eye.
-We will work for all Kurds and Kurdistan in all four parts.
-Promise to give this region specialty; we owe this region; and allow us to repay that debt.
-What the PDK does not know is democracy، so we must send them home.
-This time we can; we will change it; we will end it; they cannot cheat; four hundred and fifty thousand zombies cannot come out of the grave and vote.
-We will put the PKK on its knees and defeat them for two and a half years.
-We have been in Sulaimani and Garmian so far. Let me go to Erbil. I have never seen the PDK like that.
-They were afraid of a debate. They knew I would eat them like Rahatl Qom (a type of candy).
-I was wrong in terms of protocol. I am the president of the PUK. Masrour Barzani is the second deputy of the PDK.

-The PUK has never been so strong; it has never been so united.
-There is only one party that can serve Kurdistan، and that party is called the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.
