Qubad Talabani, Supervisor of the General Secretariat of President Mam Jalal said, “Governance in the past few years has not been at the level of demand and this election is the best opportunity to deliver services to all regions.”.
Also, said, “The PUK is in a good position and brings good votes and we must work to build trust and the PUK is the party that can serve all regions.”.
