SULAIMANI – (ESTA) For the Kurdistan parliamentary election, the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) is now accepting applications and registering international monitoring teams.
“The door has been opened for international observers to observe the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) parliamentary election,” the IHEC said in a statement.
Furthermore, stated was the fact that “applicants can visit the Kurdistan Regional Commission office in Erbil or through the commission’s website to download the form and all the requirements.”.
