Egypt’s Sisi invites Iraqi PM Sudani for urgent summit in Cairo

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani on Tuesday received an official invitation from  Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to visit Cairo.

The invitation is for the Prime Minister’s participation in an urgent summit to be held in Cairo, the media office of Sudani said in a statement.

The primary objective of this summit is to bring together Arab and regional leaders to tackle the critical situation prevailing in the Gaza Strip. Additionally, the summit aims to address the ongoing Israel-Pelestien conflict.
