Iraqi Air Force destroys two hideouts of ISIS in northern region

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Iraqi Air Force executed a successful mission against the Islamic State (ISIS) militants by eliminating two of their hideouts in the northern region of the country on Monday.

The Defense Ministry of Iraq confirmed the news in a statement, praising the Army aviation’s effective armed reconnaissance, search, and inspection duty that led to the mission’s success.

The operation was executed within the governorate operations command of Salah al-Din, according to the statement from the Defense Ministry.
