SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Sulaimani Security Forces (Asayish) on Wednesday announced the arrest of three drug dealers amid efforts to tackle the growing narcotic business.
The offenders were arrested as a result of a joint operation and thorough investigations between the Directorate of Sulaimani Security Forces and Diyala, according to a statement.
At least one kilogram and Opium as well as 295 grams of Methamphetamine were also seized.
The offenders were charged per Article 25 of drug offenses and investigations are still ongoing.
