Hikma leader visits Mam Jalal Talabani’s tomb

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — The Leader of the Iraqi National Wisdom Movement (Hikma), Amar Al-Hakim, on Friday, made a visit to the tomb of the late Kurdish leader, President Mam Jalal Talabani.

The leader of the Himka movement who is currently in the city of Sulaimani, visited President Mam Jalal’s tomb, the former President of Iraq and Secretary-General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK).

A press briefing revealed that the Hikma leader wrote a note of condolences, paying tribute to the late President, Mam Jalal Talabani.

“We want to discuss several important issues with the PUK,” the Hikma leader told reporters at Mam Jalal’s tomb.

“We are thrilled that Mam Jala’s path is still alive and maintained by his fellows and generations in the PUK,” He added.

“We all hope that under the leadership of our lovely brother, Bafel Jalal Talabani, with immense courageous and tolerance continue of the late President Mam Jalal’s path,” He continued.
