Lebanese army frees Iraqi kidnappee in Beirut

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — Lebanese army on Monday freed an Iraqi kidnappee who had been missing for three days in the north of the capital of Beirut.

The Lebanese army had freed an Iraqi citizen who had been kidnapped for three days in the city of Jounieh, Beirut, according to Iraq’s Shafaq news which cited a statement from the army.

The kidnappers demanded a large sum of money for his release from the kidnappee family.
