Explosion targets PMF militants in Tuz Khurmatu

SULAIMANI (ESTA) — An explosion targeted Iran-backed Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) militants in the disputed district of Tuz Khurmatu on Tuesday, causing casualties.

Preliminary information suggested that the blast killed a PMF militant, and left two other militants wounded.

The blast came from a roadside bomb, targeting a convoy of the PMF militants on a highway in the district, a PMF commander told Esta, confirming casualties but with no precise details.
